Great to meet you!

I've spent my career helping people navigate life's challenges. I have been a therapist for over fourteen years. I've worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups, and I genuinely enjoy my work. I know that life can be difficult, and there can be times when you feel alone, without anyone who understands you or the situation you are facing. That is why I became a therapist to help those who feel stuck and misunderstood. I will never make you feel like just a number. My approach is client-centered and solution-focused. I will work with you in helping you reach the goals that mean the most to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation — not a lecture. I meet clients where they are, without judgment, and work collaboratively to figure out what's getting in the way and what might help. I draw on years of clinical experience to tailor my style to what works best for you. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I'm here to help you find your footing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask you about what's bringing you in, what's going on in your life, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy — but I also want it to feel comfortable, not like an interrogation. By the end, we'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit and what a path forward might look like.
