With over 8 years experience and a Masters degree from Wayne State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I truly love this field of work and am committed to helping others live their best life. I specialize in anxiety and mood disorders, along with ADHD, Autism, and am currently studying EMDR.

I'm very empathetic and open-minded but also am not a robot or a wall in session; I'll softly challenge you and participate with you in session to help you reach your goals. A big thing I pride myself on as a therapist is that I'm creative and view therapy as a true team effort. We're going to set realistic and attainable therapeutic goals in our intake session and work toward making progress toward them every time we meet.
