Great to meet you!

Relationships are at the heart of my practice because they're at the heart of our lives. When they're going well, they bring connection, support, and joy. When they're not, they can affect almost everything else.

I also work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, navigating a difficult life transition, or simply wondering, "How did I end up here?"

Even in individual therapy, we rarely exist in isolation. The way we were loved, hurt, understood, misunderstood, supported, or criticized continues to shape how we see ourselves and how we relate to the people around us.

Together, we'll explore those patterns—not to dwell on the past, but to help you build healthier, more satisfying relationships in the present.

My approach to therapy

Therapy doesn't have to feel like sitting across from someone who's analyzing you or telling you how to live your life. My role is to understand your experience, ask thoughtful questions, and help you notice things that are difficult to see when you're living them every day.

Often, the problem isn't the argument, the anxiety, or the frustration itself. It's the patterns underneath that quietly shape the way we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and the people we love. Once we can see those patterns more clearly, they become much easier to change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you don't have to perform, defend yourself, or pretend to have all the answers. You can simply show up as you are.
