Great to meet you!

Hi there! Relationships are a specialty of mine. For marital challenges, family conflicts, or issues in other significant relationships, I provide a safe, supportive place to explore and resolve these difficulties. Even when working with individual clients, I'm considering how others in your life influence you and you them.

For individuals, I offer help with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, lifestyle transitions, sense of purpose or fulfillment, increasing self-worth, and spirituality.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my counseling approach to your personality and needs. What works for one person might not work for another, so I'm careful to respond to your concerns and cues that help me understand you better, and what approach to therapy will resonate with you. I'm also a certified yoga instructor with an interest in mindfulness and meditation, and this definitely influences my therapy style.

What you can expect from me

My style is collaborative. We'll begin each session with what you bring that day, exploring it in detail and generating insight that leads to change. One word that clients and fellow therapists have used to describe my work is "chill." I'm fairly laid-back, calm, and accepting. I'll help you find a way to navigate your challenges, reduce stress, improve relationships, and define your ideal future . A few people have commented that my voice is "soothing."
