Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults who are ready to understand themselves at a deeper level—beyond surface emotions and into the patterns that shape how they think, feel, and relate to others. My style is direct, perceptive, and nonjudgmental. I offer honest, grounded feedback—not just validation—so we can uncover what’s actually driving your experience and create meaningful change.

My clinical focus includes anger management, passive-aggressive dynamics, couples therapy, addiction, and mood-related concerns such as depression and anxiety. I also work with clients navigating LGBTQ+ experiences, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, and complex relationship challenges. In addition, I have extensive experience with addiction and dependency, co-dependency, dual diagnosis, and supporting individuals impacted by a loved one’s substance use.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on precision and understanding. I listen closely - not to just reply but to truly understand you. I am also listening to the underlying patterns and emotional signals beneath it—so we can make sense of your experience in a way that feels accurate, not imposed. Therapy is a collaborative process, grounded in clarity, insight, and forward movement.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to experience how I work and determine whether it feels like the right fit. The foundation of effective therapy is trust and safety. You should leave feeling understood, respected, and with a clearer sense of direction than when you arrived.
