Great to meet you!

If you feel like you’re stuck in a dark tunnel—haunted by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or relentless worry—I want you to know there’s a way through. I’ve been there myself: overwhelmed by fear and shame, unsure how to move forward. But therapy helped me find the light again, and now it’s my mission to help others do the same.

I’m Michael, a licensed therapist with over five years of clinical experience. I earned my M.A. in Counseling in 2020 and became independently licensed in 2024. I spent three years training under one of California’s leading anxiety experts, where I specialized in treating anxiety disorders and OCD. While I can’t do the work for you, I’ll walk beside you every step of the way—guiding you toward a place of joy, freedom, and inner strength.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating OCD, panic disorder, social anxiety, PTSD, BDD (body dysmorphic disorder) and generalized anxiety. I primarily use CBT, ERP, and ACT in my therapeutic work with clients when addressing anxiety issues. I also work with clients on other issues, including depression, addiction, eating disorders, and generally feeling stuck in life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will mostly be gathering information from you about your symptoms and your goals for therapy. I will also aim to give you some information on the issue you are struggling with, as well as the type of therapy I think will be most helpful for you.

I take a very human approach to therapy. Who I am in our sessions is who I am in my daily life. I will meet you where you're at but also push you gently to grow. After all, growth happens outside of the comfort zone, and I specialize in helping people find their inner courage to grow.
