Great to meet you!

I show up fully present, without judgment, and I believe — without exception — in your capacity to heal and change, even on the days you don't believe it yourself. I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work, so what you get isn't a script, it's a real, tailored process built around you. Clients often tell me they feel truly heard from our very first session. If you're ready for change that actually lasts, I'm ready to help you get there.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, not one-size-fits-all. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques — but I don't apply them like a checklist. I listen first, then shape our work around what you actually need: sometimes that's understanding patterns rooted in your past, sometimes it's building concrete skills for managing the present, and often it's both. What stays consistent is the space itself — warm, honest, and free of judgment — because real change happens when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is about getting to know each other — not filling out a checklist or feeling like you need to have it all figured out before you walk in. We'll talk through what brought you here, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping might start to feel different. I'll ask questions, but mostly I'll listen, because before I can help you move forward, I need to understand where you actually are right now. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment — informed by both my clinical training and my own lived experience navigating hard things. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clear sense of whether we're the right fit, and already a small step toward feeling more like yourself.
