Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified adult psychiatrist, and my practice is anchored in an individualized treatment approach for each of my patients. This includes psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and when indicated, medication management for the treatment of a broad range of issues or psychiatric illnesses, such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, work stress, low self-esteem and relationship/familial challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach varies depending on your needs, but incorporates elements of psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and interpersonal/solution-focused modalities.

What you can expect from our first session

PLEASE NOTE - Selecting a time above simply prompts my office to send you a health questionnaire, You can expect your appointment to be within 1-2 weeks of this.

The health questionnaire helps us me figure out how we can best work together to address your concerns. We will then schedule a first visit, where we will come up with a treatment plan tailored to you. Regardless of what that is, you can expect a collaborative path forward to address your most important challenges and concerns.
