Great to meet you!

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’ve worked with depression, anxiety, substance use, and personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when there is a genuine, trusting relationship between therapist and client. Clients need to know that each session will take place in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they can express themselves freely and openly. This is the therapeutic atmosphere I continually strive to create and maintain with every client.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will be about us getting to know each other. I realize that trust is a primary factor in the therapeutic relationship and we will begin working on that trust immediately.
