Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that they are not alone. Seeking help can be difficult, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take the time to listen and understand your individual experiences, concerns, and goals. I believe mental health care should be personalized, compassionate, and respectful, and I am committed to partnering with you throughout your journey toward improved well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe effective mental health care starts with listening and understanding the whole person—not simply focusing on symptoms or a diagnosis. Together, we will explore your concerns, identify your goals, and discuss treatment options that best fit your needs and preferences. When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, education, lifestyle recommendations, and supportive therapeutic approaches. I believe in open communication and shared decision-making, and I want you to feel informed and comfortable with your treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what you are experiencing. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, personal circumstances, and treatment goals. I will listen carefully, answer your questions, and explain potential treatment options in a clear and understandable way. Together, we will develop an individualized plan based on your needs and goals. Most importantly, you can expect to be heard, respected, and treated with compassion throughout the process.
