Great to meet you!

Welcome! Health is Wealth

Taking care of your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make in your overall well-being. Congratulations on taking this meaningful step toward improving your mental health and enhancing your quality of life.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 24 years of healthcare experience of which 6 years is solely dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) with behavioral challenges, and other mental health conditions.

My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I believe every individual deserves to be heard, treated with dignity and respect, and empowered to achieve lasting emotional wellness. By combining comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapeutic interventions, I work closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life.

My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and confident in their journey toward better mental health. Together, we can build the foundation for a healthier, more fulfilling life—because your mental health matters, and health truly is wealth.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the goal of treatment extends beyond symptom relief—it is about restoring hope, promoting emotional well-being, and empowering individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Every patient is unique, with their own experiences, strengths, and treatment needs. I take a personalized, patient-centered approach to care, partnering with each individual to develop a treatment plan tailored to their specific goals and circumstances. When medication is appropriate, I carefully select and adjust medications based on your diagnosis, symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment response to ensure the safest and most effective outcomes.

I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care in a supportive and respectful environment where patients feel heard, valued, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. Together, we will work toward improving your mental health, building resilience, and achieving lasting wellness—one step

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns openly.

During the initial evaluation, we will review your current symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, family history, medications, lifestyle, and any factors that may be affecting your mental health. We will also discuss your goals for treatment, answer any questions you may have, and work together to develop a personalized treatment plan.

If medication is appropriate, we will review the available options, including the potential benefits, risks, and possible side effects, so you can make an informed decision about your care. Depending on your needs, treatment may include medication management, supportive therapeutic interventions, lifestyle recommendations, or referrals for additional services.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clear understanding of your diagnosis, treatment options, and the next steps toward achieving better mental health and overall well-being.
