Great to meet you!

Over the years I have worked with so many people who come to the work unhappy with some part of their lives, looking for an avenue to a better life, and not entirely sure how to get there. Maybe you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, or an addiction. The inspiration I derive from this work comes from the endless wonder found discovering latent possibilities that might not be apparent at first but, with exploration, turn into paths of personal growth and fulfillment. I am always surprised by the unexpected gems found on the path.

My approach to therapy

We resolve the problems that bring you to therapy, but this only happens after taking the time to foster a trust and creating a place you can feel comfortable opening up for exploration. I will help you explore how changing your perspective and changing the actions can change your life. But we do this by getting to know you: your strengths, and your values. I work with you on a variety of strategies including CBT, EMDR, and ACT.

What you can expect from me

I always start by listening to your own unique story and creating a place where you can feel comfortable starting the work with me.
