Great to meet you!

I work with clients who want clear, research-backed ways to feel better and move forward, especially those dealing with PTSD, as well as depression, anxiety, and body image concerns. My approach is practical and evidence-based. I use treatments such as Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that are proven to reduce symptoms and create real, lasting change.

Therapy with me is collaborative and focused on helping you build momentum. Together we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, strengthen what’s already working in your life, and develop concrete skills that help you think, feel, and act in ways that support the life you want.

Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in a range of fields—including academia, startup advising (MBA), improv performance, and competitive bodybuilding. These experiences help me connect with clients navigating demanding careers, creative pursuits, personal growth, and body-related challenges. I bring that perspective into therapy in a way that’s practical, supportive, and focused on results.

Grounded in science. Centered on you. I provide evidence-based therapy for PTSD, depression, anxiety, and body-image concerns. My work emphasizes clear strategies, measurable progress, and building the resilience and confidence needed for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients recovering from childhood or adult trauma by first understanding the coping strategies that helped them survive difficult experiences. Together, we then process painful memories in a careful, structured way that reduces symptoms and helps people regain a sense of stability and confidence.

For challenges like anxiety, depression, or major life stress, I use proven treatments to reduce distress and help clients develop practical, grounded ways of thinking, feeling, and moving forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s been going on and what you’d like to improve. From there, we’ll create a clear plan for moving forward. I focus on research-validated treatments that are proven to work in clinical studies, because therapy should lead to real progress.

Together, we’ll build practical skills, strengthen what’s already working in your life, and create meaningful, lasting change.
