Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience in psychotherapy, hospital-based mental health, and private practice. My style is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I currently offer virtual psychotherapy throughout California, with limited in-person sessions in Palm Springs starting Fall 2026.

My approach to therapy

I provide a thoughtful, collaborative space where clients can better understand themselves, work through challenges, and create meaningful change. My approach combines insight, practical tools, and genuine human connection. I believe effective therapy should feel both emotionally meaningful and practically useful — and that the best therapeutic work happens within a strong, authentic relationship built on trust, curiosity, honesty, and respect.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. I'll want to understand what's brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to work on. There's no pressure to share everything at once — we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave that first conversation with a sense of whether we're a good fit and a clearer picture of how we might work together.
