Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can feel like a leap of faith — especially when you've spent years wondering if anyone will truly get you. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, life transitions, or carrying weight you've never said out loud, you deserve a space where you don't have to explain yourself from the beginning. That matters here. You are not too much. You are not too complicated. And you don't have to perform wellness to be worthy of support.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct and warm — I'll listen closely, but I won't just nod along. I believe real progress happens when someone is honest with you, so I'll offer genuine feedback and gently challenge the stories you've been telling yourself when it's useful to do so.

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Motivational Interviewing — not as rigid frameworks, but as flexible tools I adapt to what you actually need. Some sessions will feel like breakthroughs. Some will feel like work. Both are part of the process.

What stays consistent is this: you won't be doing it alone, and you won't have to filter yourself to be here.

What you can expect from me

The first session is yours to lead. There's no intake form energy here — no rapid-fire questions, no pressure to have it all figured out before you walk in.

I'll ask you some things to get oriented, but mostly I want to hear what brought you here in your own words — as much or as little as feels right. We'll start to get a sense of what you're carrying, what you want to feel different, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

By the end, you'll have a clearer picture of what therapy with me actually looks like — and we'll have a starting point that's built around you, not a template.
