Great to meet you!

With nearly two decades in this field, I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life across various settings. Today, I serve as a Psychologist II for New York State's Office of Mental Health and offer telehealth services through my private practice. I work with a wide range of challenges, and I'm especially experienced in supporting people through trauma, mood and anxiety concerns, ADHD, OCD, family dynamics, and personality disorders. My years of experience have taught me that every person's journey is unique, and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based practices with respect for your individual experience. Grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, I draw from research-supported methods, humanistic principles, and experiential techniques. This flexibility allows me to meet you where you are and use approaches that resonate most with your unique situation and goals.

What you can expect from me

I'm here for you, ready whenever you are. Our sessions are your time, and you're in control of the direction we take. We'll work collaboratively, and your thoughts and feelings will always be valued. Please feel empowered to share any questions, concerns, or feedback along the way. I'm honored to be part of your journey. Take care.
