Great to meet you!

I graduated with my doctorate in clinical psychology and have recent received my full license in Washington state. I have experience working in private practice and organizational settings. I have experience working with people of a variety of religious, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds; especially those who identify with the geek, gamer, and nerd subcultures. I strive to work within your values and beliefs as we work together to reach goals that are personally meaningful and align with your values.

My approach to therapy

I use mostly ACT, CBT, ERP, and mindfulness. I use CBT and mindfulness for working with what you can control, ERP for OCD concerns, and ACT for coping with what you can't control. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relational issues.
