Thanks for checking my about page. I'm licensed and an approved clinical supervisor for LPC-MSHP and for peer recovery support. I have focused on evidence-based approaches dealing with trauma, addiction and couples' issues. I believe we all have issues, some just have more than others. When issues are more than one can bear, that's when I can help. My goal is to help others. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find me, then maybe you can hire Michael Reynolds.

My approach is based on CBT which says we have thoughts, feelings, and actions. If we change one, then the others change, too.

I try to teach tools that help the mind, body, and spirit. If one tool doesn't work, we try another until we find a tool that works.
