Michael Riley

Michael Riley is a solo practitioner who provides professional counseling services in and around Aurora, MO. He has worked in a variety of mental health and social services occupations including a homeless shelter, a behavioral health hospital, youth and adult residential, and community counseling. Michael has experience with both adults and adolescents who have been dealt difficult situations leading to radical behaviors or thinking patterns.

Michael uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help people identify and resolve their problems. Michael has experience with, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, counseling families, grief, anger management, and behavioral problems.

My goal is to identify the problems or stressor, identify how your trying to solve it, and help you gain insight by introducing new concepts or use your strengths in way that can help.
