Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Board-Certified Chaplain (BCC) with the Association of Professional Chaplains., bringing years of hospital, hospice, and corrections experience to support clients through grief, trauma, and identity growth.

My approach to therapy

I am grounded in Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma, Family Systems, parts work (IFS, Jungian-informed), and Mindfulness work. I use a blend of practical, evidence-based approaches and deeper, insight-oriented work. In our sessions, we'll focus on helping you find relief from anxiety, stress, or emotional pain, while also exploring the deeper patterns and experiences that continue to shape your life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to change or understand better. I’ll ask questions about your current struggles, history, and what support has or hasn’t been helpful in the past, so we can start to see the bigger picture together. My goal is to create a calm, respectful space where you don’t feel rushed or judged, and where you can speak openly about what’s going on. From there, we begin identifying practical next steps while also making space for deeper patterns or meaning that may be shaping your experience.
