My greatest strengths are empathy, active listening, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable discussing difficult thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. I have experience providing counseling in academic, community, and nonprofit settings and use evidence-based approaches to help clients develop practical tools for lasting change. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to build resilience, confidence, and a more fulfilling life.
