Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Therapist with a degree from Columbia University School of Social Work. With 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families across various settings, including schools, hospitals, community programs, and traditional outpatient therapy. My approach is client-centered, focusing on understanding your unique strengths and challenges to support your journey toward well-being. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.

My approach to therapy

As a licensed Therapist with 25 years of experience, I strive to create a calm, reassuring, and supportive environment for my clients. My approach is judgment-free, allowing individuals to feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. My goal is to empower clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

My goal for the first session is to give a client some relief and validation. I hope to also neutralize any negative or nervous feelings regarding therapy. Disclosing sensitive, highly personal information can be uncomfortable.
