Great to meet you!

Counseling with me offers a myriad of benefits that can significantly enhance your quality of life. Together, we will work towards managing and addressing emotions that have previously been troubling, allowing for a more authentic emotional state. One of the key aspects of our therapy will be to challenge and change any negative or faulty beliefs you hold about yourself and the world, paving the way for a more thoughtful and realistic perspective.

My approach to therapy

I do not subscribe to any particular methodology or school of thought. I believe that a counselor should be well versed in many areas of psychotherapy and be able to adopt and adapt based upon each unique client’s needs. I take a very integrated and eclectic approach towards counseling.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will provide a safe space for you to feel differently about past hurts and traumas, viewing them through a lens of healing and understanding. An integral part of this experience is developing compassion for yourself and the struggles you've faced. Ultimately, my process aims to cultivate a profound sense of personal value and self-worth, which will be beneficial in all aspects of your life.
