Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with training and experience supporting adolescents, teens, and adults navigating a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions, as well as supporting clients in building independence, confidence, and healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. My work is grounded in helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while developing practical skills they can apply in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive foundation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process.

There’s no pressure to share everything right away. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

We’ll also begin identifying goals and discussing what therapy might look like moving forward, including how I can best support you. I’ll take time to answer any questions you have so you feel informed and at ease.

Most importantly, the first session is a space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported as we start working toward meaningful change together.
