Great to meet you!

My clinical focus is helping clients heal from attachment trauma, including experiences of childhood emotional abuse or neglect. I support clients in developing stronger spiritual, behavioral, and cognitive skills that can lead to deeper emotional connections with God, themselves, and others. Therapy can be a space to understand how past experiences continue to affect your emotions and relationships, build greater self-awareness, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approaches include attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and spiritual-oriented therapy, as desired. Together, we can explore the experiences and stories that have shaped you, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop practical tools to support healing and growth. I value an authentically kind therapist-client relationship built on trust, compassion, and collaboration, because meaningful progress begins with feeling seen, respected, and safe.

What you can expect from me

I create a therapeutic environment that is nonjudgmental, warm, focused, relaxed, and gently challenging. I want you to feel safe, supported, and confident in my ability to guide you through positive change. Together, we may work toward repairing attachment wounds, developing greater self-emotional awareness and intelligence, and building relationships that feel emotionally closer, healthier, and more fulfilling. I will meet you where you are while helping you move toward the growth and connection you want.
