Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and have practiced for five years. I began my career working with people involved in the justice system, which gave me experience with complex behavioral patterns, trauma, and systemic challenges. I now bring that experience to working with adults and couples seeking support for relationship challenges, personality disorders, and addiction.

My approach to therapy

I see my role as helping people work on how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world. Therapy isn’t about solving every puzzle or finding the perfect answer—it’s about exploring together. I aim to create a sense of safety, security, and sanity so we can face reality with courage and compassion. It won’t always be comfortable, but I encourage clients to meet challenges honestly. Growth happens not by avoiding what is hard but by moving through it.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. I focus on creating an initial case formulation, which is how we will make sense of your story and experiences in a way that guides our work together. The goal isn’t to label or define you, but to develop a hypothesis about the psychological patterns that may be contributing to the challenges you’re facing. I aim to create an environment where you can take emotional risks and speak honestly about your experiences, facing difficult truths with support and without judgment.
