Hello, I am a board-certified Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years in practice. I focus on issues of importance to life fulfillment and managing stress associated with personal and professional relationships. I treat individuals ages 18 and over. In particular, I specialize in supporting individuals manage their mental health when dealing with major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

We each have unique challenges that deserve special attention. Our initial session will focus on assessing mood and thought symptoms, relationship and stress issues, motives for attending sessions, and goals of care in therapy. Afterwards, we will collaborate on your healing journey if we choose to work together. You do not need to suffer alone, give me a call.

I will meet you where you are at and welcome you. I encourage feedback and tend to lead by following your intent in the session. Optional homework is regularly provide to help you integrate and/or build on session insights.
