Great to meet you!

I am a board certified psychiatrist with subspeciality in functional and integrative medicine.

Now my practice focuses more on integrative medicine “mind-body” concepts, which combine healthy diet, regular sleep patterns, stress reduction, mindfulness with meditation. Lots of symptoms such as anxiety, attention deficit, OCD and depression symptoms can be cured by focusing on micronutrient supplements, instead of controlled substance or antipsychotics with intolerable side effects.

My approach to therapy

I am warm, empathic and knowledgeable. I would listen to clients' story first then provide guidance. The client will make the decision among the choices ( medication, OTC supplements, psychotherapy and life style modifications).

What you can expect from me

I will make sure that the client understands the illness and actively participates in his treatment. He will feel hopeful and had a positive plan in the future. He will know his choices of treatments.
