Great to meet you!

I have been working with clients since 2017 and in private practice since 2021. A graduate from Regis University with a Masters in Counseling, I hold an LPC credential and work with individual adults, specializing in grief, anxiety, trauma and relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone needs something different out of therapy, which is why I insist on moving at the depth and pace that is appropriate for you. Whether you have been to therapy before or this is your very first time, I am here to meet you where you are in this very moment; to listen, reflect, support and help facilitate change and growth. I believe that therapy should be conversational in nature and I focus on person-centered and solution-focused therapies.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a warm, inclusive and easygoing environment for therapy. While goals are important, they often change as the work progresses and I believe in embracing a dynamic and malleable approach to help clients get what they need when they need it.
