Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor and mental health activist. I was inspired to pursue a diverse professional path through multiple personal experiences, including being the child of a veteran.

My experiences have taken me across the country as a student and advocate engaging with audiences around topics such as mental health stigma, trauma recovery, anxiety, seasonal depression, self-care empowerment, and self-esteem. Im looking forward to helping you soon.

My approach to therapy

I provide mental health services for clients to help them achieve healthy relationships, emotional balance, and personal goals. My work consists of methods that decrease stress, guard against mental fatigue, and promote self-care techniques. I incorporate inclusive practices and help facilitate cultural identity awareness and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

Self esteem, understanding the scope of control one has over events in life, processing change and understanding difference in life perspectives.
