I believe in an individualized and client centered approach to therapeutic work. Through evidence based strategies, I work to assist individuals in utilizing their own unique strengths to help address a wide variety of stressors and challenges.
The foundation of clinical work is a trusting relationship with the client. I work hard to fully understand each individual and meet them wherever they are at the onset of the therapeutic process. There is often natural uneasiness about starting counseling and I work to make the therapeutic process more comfortable from the onset.
