Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping individuals and families by providing a holistic counseling approach of instruction, guidance, and insight so they can achieve meaning and purpose in their lives through personal development and emotional growth.

I will always come with a listening ear and an open heart. I believe that therapy is a great resource and is most successful when the individual can engage in an unbiased and safe atmosphere to begin processing through their past, present, and future. My goal is to see everyone experience healing through healthy processing and move forward into the most rewarding future.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is eclectic psychotherapy, which will incorporate various types of theories, based on each individual situation. I will work with individuals, couples, and families, adolescents, young adults, adults, and the elderly. I would love to meet with you if you are struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, martial conflicts, employment challenges, familial concerns, or re-entering society.

What you can expect from me

1. Social development: Lifestyle changes that enhance social skills and interpersonal conflict management.

· Honing the skills one already possesses

· Learning new social skills

2. Emotional development: developing the ability to regulate both positive and negative emotion

3. Cognitive development: developing the ability to modify automatic thoughts. Developing the cognitive ability for building healthy cognitive functioning.

· Having the knowledge that is necessary to function and use the skills obtained

· Demonstrating the quality of that knowledge that promotes cognitive strength

4. Physical development: introducing skills for distraction and alterations through activities intended to change the persons attention away from triggers and the potential consequences of those triggers.

· Having a degree of confidence through the increase and awareness of the importance of life and the condition that rests in the skills and abilities one learns and applies to life.

5. Environmental development: developing the ability to cleanse or purge the “toxic self” which one has been exposed to or has unconsciously developed.

· No person is created to be an island to themselves
