Great to meet you!
My goal is to help you understand yourself with greater clarity and acceptance, approaching your experiences with a genuine desire to understand while working together toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
I believe therapy works best when it centers on you—your experiences, your context, and everything that has shaped you up to this point. My role is to listen and help you make sense of what you’re going through, bringing my experience and reflection as we work together to find understanding and direction.
I have experience working with individuals facing severe and persistent mental health challenges, including bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, major depression, and anxiety disorders. I approach this work with patience, steadiness, and respect for each person’s unique history and strengths.
