Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping young and middle aged adults, both individuals and couples, address a wide range of concerns. My goal as your therapist is to help you through situations and seasons of life that cause you distress by helping you to reframe your thoughts and see your life in a way that is more balanced.

My approach to therapy

As a committed Christian, I strive to blend clinical practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with theological truth to assist my clients in overcoming the obstacles they face in life. As such, I offer counseling within a Christian worldview for any of my clients that desire this added perspective.

What you can expect from me

My goal in therapy is to help my clients move from where they are to where they want to be. I don’t set the course, but rather help them navigate the waters and guide them through the challenges along the way
