Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life's challenges, process difficult experiences, and discover their own resilience.

I often remind my clients that "everything is figureoutable." Together, we'll create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, compassionate, and authentic, with room for laughter when it's needed.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We'll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share as much or as little as you're comfortable with, and get a feel for whether we're a good fit.
