Great to meet you!

Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through substance use and addiction treatment, hoarding and home organizing, experiential therapies, and faith based Christian counseling for those who want it. It’s work that gave me a real passion for helping people navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful change. I believe every person has the ability to grow and create a life that feels genuinely fulfilling, and one of the most rewarding parts of my work is celebrating just how far clients have come. Whatever brought you here, you’ve found a warm and encouraging place to start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, goal oriented, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I’m especially drawn to solution focused, narrative, and experiential therapies, which help us identify your strengths, explore the stories and experiences that have shaped you, and focus on what’s possible. Together, we’ll set meaningful, achievable goals, and I’ll be right there to support you, celebrate your wins, and help you keep moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin building a trusting, supportive relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what matters most right now, with no pressure to have it all figured out. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
