Great to meet you!

What if the symptoms you're struggling with are not problems to eliminate, but messages inviting you into a deeper relationship with yourself? Some parts of ourselves can't communicate with words. Sometimes they communicate through symptoms, and other times through dreams, fantasies, conflicting emotions, and private thoughts. Therapy can be a place where these experiences are welcomed. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist, I focus in supporting adults navigating the complexity of life, particularly when facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, spiritually open, and grounded in humanistic and existential therapies. Healing often involves more than talking. Depending on your interests and needs, therapy may incorporate creative expression, exploring dreams & imagery, mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement inspired by yoga & somatic practices.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for all aspects of your experience. Together we will discover your deeper sense of meaning, connection, and authenticity so you feel more free and safe. It would be a privilege to be part of your healing process. Please join my waitlist to start as early as August 2026 by emailing me.
