Great to meet you!

You are a woman that knows something needs to change, even though it feels scary to start. I understand...I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to go through seasons of change, loss, trauma, and uncertainty, and to wish for a space where you don’t have to pretend and carry it all alone. Over the years, I’ve been especially drawn to working with women who tend to hold so much for others while quietly struggling themselves. With my background in somatic therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and parts work, I help you notice how your mind, body, and relationships hold your experiences, and how to start shifting the patterns that keep you stuck.

My approach to therapy

I guide clients through experience-based work, which means we focus on what you feel and notice in the moment and not just what you think or remember. In session, this might look like paying attention to sensations in your body, noticing how certain thoughts or memories show up physically, practicing grounding exercises, or exploring the different parts of yourself that hold feelings and beliefs. This experiential approach is different from traditional talk therapy. It helps you uncover your patterns and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others, making change feel real, embodied, and lasting.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, you can expect to:

• Feel heard and understood: A safe space where your experiences, emotions, and body sensations are fully acknowledged.

• Reconnect with your body and mind: Tools to notice and work with how your body holds stress, trauma, or tension.

• Understand your patterns: Insight into how your thoughts, emotions, and relationships shape the way you show up in the world.

• Build self-trust: Support in uncovering and nurturing the parts of yourself that may have been ignored or silenced.

• Gain practical tools for change: Mindfulness, somatic exercises, and strategies to regulate your nervous system and navigate life with more ease.

• Experience deeper healing: Opportunities to explore parts work or depth psychology to address the root causes of patterns that keep you stuck.

• Feel more grounded and empowered: A stronger sense of clarity, resilience, and connection with who you truly are.
