Great to meet you!

I received my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and completed additional post-master’s training in end-of-life and palliative care through NYU. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are adjusting to life changes, managing stress and anxiety, working through trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty.

My approach to therapy

My clinical background includes work in a pediatric emergency department and pediatric palliative care, where I supported individuals and families through high-stress and emotionally complex situations. These experiences strengthened my ability to remain grounded in difficult moments and to help clients build resilience in the face of challenge.

What you can expect from me

I create an environment where you feel comfortable opening up at your own pace, while also feeling encouraged to move toward your goals. Whether you’re navigating a major transition, managing anxiety, processing trauma, exploring your identity, or facing relationship challenges, I am here to support you.
