Great to meet you!

I'm passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety and depression—I truly thrive when helping clients break the grip of panic. My ideal clients are ready to move beyond "just talking" into action, mastering the practical strategies needed to reclaim their well-being. Using a direct, empowering approach, we'll untangle how your thoughts shape your emotions. Together, we'll build a toolkit to manage both mental overwhelm and the physical toll of anxiety. My goal is to equip you with the confidence and high-level tools to navigate life's stressors independently and finally feel like yourself again.

With 20 years of experience, I am a certified CBT specialist dedicated to helping adults break free from anxiety disorders, panic, OCD, ADHD, depression, and insomnia with CBT-I. My approach is direct and empowering; I don't just listen—I equip you with a specialized toolkit to silence intrusive thoughts so you can manage your mental well-being independently.

My approach to therapy

I understand how overwhelming it can be when your mind races. I aim to create a calm space where you can express yourself and feel heard. Together, we can sort through the noise and help you regain your balance. We will work at your pace to move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling steady and capable again, using the skills you'll learn in our sessions. Please don't hesitate to reach out; you don't have to navigate this alone.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, expect a structured approach distinct from traditional talk therapy. Our initial 45–60 minutes will be a "Clinical Deep Dive" aimed at quick relief.

1. The Sleep & Stress Audit: We’ll examine your current sleep-wake cycle or anxiety-driven thought patterns to identify what’s draining your energy.

2. Collaborative Goal Setting: I’ll help you define clear, tangible goals—like falling asleep within 20 minutes or reducing rumination frequency.

3. Evidence-Based Education: You will leave this first meeting with a better understanding of why your current coping mechanisms might be failing and how our work will differ.

4. Your First "Action Step": You’ll leave with a manageable homework task, like a simplified sleep diary or tracking a recurring thought, to start gathering data right away.

The Atmosphere: Expect a professional yet peer-like environment where I act as a specialist to help you regain control of your rest and life.
