About Me

Do you ever find yourself struggling with your past? Feeling overwhelmed by the weight of everyday life, like you can’t seem to find that sense of contentment and happiness you deserve? Sometimes it can feel impossible to find the way out by ourselves, and scary to let someone be in it with us.

You can be free from the weight of depression, the restlessness of anxiety, and the chain of your past trauma. I approach therapy with a balance of skill, compassion, and a true desire to partner with each unique client to reach your goals. My background and experience with trauma, mood and anxiety, and addictions fosters opportunities to help you learn how to better manage life’s challenges and achieve a greater quality of life. Through the combination of EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness and meditation, and an emphasis on mind-body unity, my whole-person approach is designed to meet you where you are and target your specific needs while providing a sense of safety and security in the therapy room.

I find great fulfillment from collaborating with my clients and providing witness as you travel along the journey of self-growth and realize the potential that resides within each one of us. Knowing that I’m making a deep impact on my community by providing these services is significantly rewarding.

When you’re ready to take that next step, feel free to give me a call or send me an email. I offer free phone consultations and am happy to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process.
