Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I truly see mental health as whole-person care. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all treatment. My role is to partner with you — to listen carefully, offer clinical expertise, and create a plan that fits your life, values, and goals.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over a decade in healthcare, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle work, family, and personal responsibilities while trying to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, or mood challenges. I’m direct yet compassionate, evidence-based yet practical. I specialize in medication management, but I also integrate lifestyle factors like sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management because long-term stability often requires more than just a prescription.

Most importantly, I want you to feel safe being honest here. Progress starts with openness, and I’ll meet you with respect, empathy, and collaboration every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I combine thoughtful psychiatric medication management with practical therapy strategies and lifestyle-informed interventions to support long-term stability.

I take time to understand the full picture — your symptoms, stressors, medical history, and daily routines — so treatment feels tailored rather than generic. My goal is not just symptom reduction, but helping you feel balanced, capable, and empowered in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, structured, and judgment-free space during our first session. We’ll spend time reviewing your history, current symptoms, stressors, and treatment goals so I can gain a full understanding of what’s been going on. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to clarify patterns, past medication experiences, and lifestyle factors that may be impacting your mental health.

My approach is collaborative — you won’t be talked at or rushed. By the end of our first visit, you can expect a clear understanding of your diagnosis (if applicable), initial treatment recommendations, and a plan moving forward. Whether that includes medication, therapy strategies, lifestyle adjustments, or a combination, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about next steps.
