Great to meet you!

When you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs. Anxiety, depression, constant stress, trauma, or relationship challenges can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, and unsure how to move forward. You deserve a space where you don't have to carry everything alone and where healing feels possible. I partner with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and PTSD so they can strengthen their relationships, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with the version of themselves they've been missing. Working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in both English and Spanish, I strive to create a welcoming, affirming environment where every client feels respected, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while providing practical tools that create lasting change beyond our sessions together. We'll explore the experiences, emotions, and relationship patterns that have shaped your life, identify strengths you can continue building on, and develop healthier ways of coping that fit your unique goals and values. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Psychodynamic Family Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Structural Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Strength Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) because every client deserves an approach that's individualized, collaborative, and focused on meaningful progress. Together, we can work through family conflict, anger management, panic disorder, relationship issues, behavioral concerns, life transitions, emotional regulation, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, while tailoring every session to your personal goals and experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative relationship where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and encouraged from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're working to strengthen your relationships, heal from trauma, better manage anxiety or depression, or simply feel more like yourself again, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more connected, and confident in your ability to move forward.
