Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), and mental health has been close to my heart for as long as I can remember! I've worked in inpatient psychiatric units, community clinics, and in outpatient services. These experiences help me to gain in-depth knowledge on how to treat a wide range of individuals and mental health conditions. I graduated with honors in all of my degrees and was at the top of my class in my master’s program. I’m a real person who understands what it’s like to struggle, to heal, and to grow. That’s why I bring a grounded, authentic approach to the care I provide.

My approach to therapy

I’m a real person who understands what it’s like to struggle, to heal, and to grow. That’s why I bring a grounded, authentic approach to the care I provide. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, or other mental health conditions, I’m here to meet you where you are. I believe in creating a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and can evolve with you. For some, that includes medication as a short-term tool; for others, it becomes a key part of long-term well-being. I understand that deciding to take medication can be a big step, and I’m here to talk through your options openly and respectfully.

What you can expect from me

The session will be done through telehealth. I understand that this journey is yours, and I want to work collaboratively with you and your support system (friends, family, therapists, other medical providers, etc) with the goal of helping you to achieve your goals and experience peace and a fuller, more engaged life.
