Michal Cardarelli

Michal is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 20 years in the nursing profession. She has experience caring for diverse patient populations in both inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings. Michal has had the privilege of working in many areas including critical care, trauma, labor and delivery, post anesthesia care, pediatrics, women’s health, sexual and reproductive medicine, men’s health, and education.

Michal has a passion for neuroscience, integrative medicine, conventional medicine, and decreasing the stigma related to mental health. Michal delivers patient-centered and nonjudgemental care. Her comprehensive approach to optimal wellness includes assessing, evaluating, and managing the whole patient (mind, body, soul, spirit). Michal has been educated and trained to diagnose, treat, and manage psychiatric conditions in patients of all ages.

Michal's goal is for her clients to feel supported and listened to. She will encourage the use of open communication and create a safe environment for patients to share thoughts and feelings. Michal will provide a sacred space where patients feel comfortable to release their emotional trauma and break free from the obstacles hindering their personal growth. Coping skills, techniques, and resources will be discussed. Michal's desire is for her patients to find peace, hope, purpose and strength.
