Great to meet you!
Do you lie awake with racing thoughts, replaying conversations and worrying about tomorrow? Do you avoid social situations because of anxiety or low self-esteem, then feel lonely afterward? Have you wondered if you have ADHD because focusing feels impossible? Are you using alcohol to fall asleep, waking up exhausted, and quietly asking yourself if drinking is becoming a problem? If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. Taking the first step toward feeling better can start with scheduling a consultation.
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in psychiatry, counseling, and substance use treatment. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, insomnia, burnout, alcohol use, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting veterans, older adults, individuals with bipolar disorder, impulse control disorders, and those facing grief, family conflict, and self-esteem challenges.
Originally from Europe, I've lived and worked in multiple countries before building my career in the United States. Those experiences have shaped a culturally sensitive, open-minded approach to care and given me an appreciation for the many ways people experience mental health. As a parent of two children, I understand the demands of balancing work, family, and personal well-being. My practice combines evidence-based treatment with a collaborative, trauma-informed, and individualized approach so you feel heard, respected, and supported—not judged or rushed.
