Great to meet you!

I am a queer, neurodivergent, kink-aware therapist with experience working with ADHD, chronic pain, sexual difficulties, and the queer community. I am here to work with you to find the best tools for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am open-minded, warm, and evidenced-based. I start by getting to know you and what you are looking for and then tailor the therapy to your needs. I'd consider myself a bit of a therapy nerd, I like to listen to what is going on in your life and then share three different possibilities for how we can address that together, then you get to pick which intervention sounds best.

What you can expect from our first session

Each client can expect to walk away with new tools to support them through what's going on. I guarantee an open-minded, warm environment, that is individualized to your needs.
