Great to meet you!

I've been working in the mental health field for nearly two decades, supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds. While I deeply care about every person I meet, I feel a special connection with children and women of all ages. My gentle and calm demeanor helps create a supportive environment where clients feel safe and present, allowing them to explore and address the challenges that brought them to therapy—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, grounded in the belief that you, or your child/teen, are the true expert of your/their own experiences. My goal is to collaborate with you to identify areas for change and create a path forward that honors your unique perspective. While I integrate evidence-based practices, research consistently shows that the most important factor in effective therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist.

What you can expect from me

After the initial intake and goal-setting session, I follow my clients' lead, giving them the freedom to choose how they express themselves—whether through games, imaginative play, art activities, or simply talking. This flexibility allows us to work in a way that feels most natural and effective for you or them. My aim is to support and empower you or your child/teen to make meaningful changes that enhance overall well-being.
