Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and the lasting impact of trauma. I work with clients facing life transitions and relational challenges, helping them make sense of how past experiences and protective patterns may be showing up in the present. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, where we gently build emotional awareness and practical skills to support you in the here and now.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from IFS, Somatic Intervention, and DBT. I focus on building a supportive, attuned therapeutic relationship where we can gently explore your experiences and the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself, with curiosity and care. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and inner clarity, supporting meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a thoughtful, low-pressure first session focused on getting to know you and what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through your goals and concerns, and begin building a sense of safety and trust. There’s no expectation to share everything right away or have all the answers. This session is about helping you feel comfortable, supported, and clear about whether this space feels like a good fit for you.
