Great to meet you!

I graduated with a degree in social work in 2010 from the University of Texas at Arlington. I am married and a mom of twins, a boy and a girl. I enjoy baking, listening to podcasts about various topics. I enjoy exercising, practicing self-care, teaching fellow clinicians, and I am a life long learner.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My ideal client is an individual that is ready for change, eager to create and maintain balance in their life, seeking guidance in building meaningful relationships, and the willingness to allow me to work alongside them to navigate the therapeutic process. Invest in yourself by seeking professional help to improve your life and overcome difficulties. I will be honored and excited to walk this path with you.

What you can expect from our first session

One of the toughest steps is to seek professional help and get started on this journey that could potentially be life changing. I want clients to know that I take pride and encouraging, assisting, and building up clients to realize their full potential and achieve a healthy mental outlook.
