A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and focuses on the collaborative therapeutic relationship. You are the expert of your own life, and I am dedicated to partnering with you in your journey of healing from a strengths-based approach. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental counseling environment. I support adults 18+ with substance use disorders, chronic pain or illness, trauma, life transitions, relationships, grief, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and depression.
